Off-Grid FLEXware 500 Systems

An AEE Solar FLEXware 500-based system will satisfy a majority of off-grid renewable energy or backup power applications with medium power requirements such as residential, light commercial or rural electrification systems. The FLEXware 500 power panel will support up to two FX Series inverter/chargers and up to two FlexMax charge controllers.

Each power panel, in addition to the inverter(s), includes the FLEXware 500 AC and DC enclosures, a backplate, DC inverter breakers, 120/240 VAC input-ouput-bypass breaker assembly, MATE3, HUB4, and an RTS remote temperature sensor, all mounted and wired. Two-inverter systems also come with an X-240 balancing autotransformer.

Other options, such as AC or DC surge arrestors, AC and DC circuit breakers, and the FLEXnet battery monitor, can be assembled and tested in our ETL certified shop, or installed in the field. The X-240 autotransformer can be added to a single inverter panel for 120/240 VAC output or input, but not both.

Off-Grid FLEXware 1000 Systems

A FLEXware 1000-based system is well-suited for off-grid or backup power applications with greater power requirements like large residential, commercial or mini-grid projects. FLEXware 1000 power panel will support up to four FX Series inverter/chargers and four FlexMax charge controllers. They are Listed to applicable UL standards.

Each power panel, in addition to the inverters, includes the FLEXware 1000 AC and DC enclosures, backplates, DC inverter breakers, quad 120/240 VAC input-ouput-bypass breaker assembly, MATE3, HUB10, an X-240 balancing autotransformer, and an RTS remote temperature sensor, all mounted and wired together.

Other options, such as AC or DC surge arrestors, AC and DC circuit breakers, and the FLEXnet battery monitor, can be assembled and tested in our ETL certified shop, or installed in the field.
