When you become a dealer, the customer support is so outstanding we should probably call it concierge…but we’re not that fancy. Antonio Cintra, President

Antonio brings extensive expertise in the integration of service-based businesses and serving the needs of channel partners. He spent 15 years at Philips where he played key roles in the development, sales and marketing of some of the company’s most leading edge products and technologies. He later served as President at United Technologies managing the Fire and Security Services business in the Americas and the Global Detection and Alarm business. Most recently Antonio was co-founder and investor in a startup focused on the home automation market that launched the world’s first smartphone-based garage door opener. He holds a degree in economics from York University in Toronto and completed the Columbia Senior Executive Program (CSEP) at Columbia University.

Lynn Hicks, Director of Sales

Lynn has been leading AEE Solar’s Sales Team since August 2016, bringing extensive knowledge of renewables and experience in the industry. Prior to AEE Solar, Lynn managed sales teams at Soligent in Rohnert Park, CA, Sunpoint Energy in San Francisco, and Innovative Solar Solutions in Charlotte, NC. She holds a degree in Business Management from Midlands Technical College and a degree in Renewable Energy from North Carolina State University.

Melissa Haupt, Director of Customer Fulfillment & Sales Support

In June 2020, Melissa became the leader of Customer Fulfillment and Sales Support functions at AEE Solar. Her prior experience in finance and general construction helps Melissa lead a team that focuses on providing an industry-leading customer experience. Melissa had previously led the Sunrun Project Operations team based in San Luis Obispo, CA. She has a strong operational background with experience in team management and metric execution. Melissa holds a degree in Communication Studies from California Polytechnic State University. Her personal interests include food and travel.

Josh Brister, Sr. Manager, Product Management and Technical Sales

Josh joined AEE Solar as Sr. Manager of Product Management and Technical Sales in 2016. Prior to joining AEE Solar, he was the Global Operational Marketing Manager for Schneider Electric Solar. Josh has a background in operations and marketing, with a BS from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. When not at work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and hiking.

Thomas Madison, Credit Risk Manager

Thomas manages our Customer Credit Program at AEE Solar, helping our dealers succeed and grow their businesses. Thomas brought his talents to AEE Solar in 2016 after spending 14 years managing a $2.7-billion-dollar Real Estate portfolio for HSBC North American Holdings and 5 years managing Retail Portfolio Risk and the Bank Operations Department for Rabobank. Thomas holds a Consumer Lending Management degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He was awarded the Management Ownership Award in 2004 and the Consumer Lending Six Sigma MVP award in 2005. He is also a current member of NACM.

Ken Ambur, General Counsel

Ken is responsible for advising the board and executive management team, leading the law department and overall risk management. With 13 years in the energy industry, Ken is passionate about using his business and legal expertise to help Sunrun grow and thrive. He contributes to overall business strategy, using law as a tool to help do business in a smart way. Prior to Sunrun, Ken was General Counsel for NAES Corporation in Issaquah, WA, where he led negotiations for commercial agreements, managed technology licensing and directed complex transaction documentation. Ken holds a JD from the University of Washington School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington. He is an accomplished mountaineer, and credits leading mountain climbing trips for beginners as a key to sharpening his leadership skills.
