NABCEP Appoints AEE Solar’s Jeff Spies to Board

We are pleased to report that Jeff Spies, AEE Solar’s Director of Training and Tradeshows, has been appointed the Board of Directors of The North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP). NABCEP is the solar industry’s certification body for solar trade professionals.

NABCEP’s announcement of the appointment included these words from Spies: “Participating in NABCEP is important since NABCEP serves a key role in furthering the success of the solar industry. I am honored to assist with the NABCEP mission as I am strongly committed to improving industry practices, maintaining high standards of industry ethics, expanding the availability of quality solar training programs, and helping renewable energy become a mainstream form of power generation.”

AEE Solar joins others in the solar industry in congratulating Jeff Spies on this honor. We know NABCEP will benefit greatly from his involvement.
