Outside Sales Representative
We are looking for Outside Sales Representatives in selected territories across the country. These are full-time positions reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Outside Sales Reps maintain a home office and travel to meet with existing and potential dealers. OSRs receive some leads from the company and are also responsible for generating their own leads and developing new accounts. OSRs enter quotes or orders directly into our ERP system. Travel requirements would include dealer visits as needed, and occasional travel to trade shows and AEE training events.
The OSR should be able to combine knowledge of RE technologies and installation with the entrepreneurial skills and people skills necessary in an outside sales environment.
Salary will be based on experience and is comprised of an hourly wage or base salary plus commission. AEE Solar offers health insurance (including dental, vision, and a flexible medical spending account), a 401k plan, and paid vacation, sick days and holidays (11).
