Meet Our New Training & Trade Show Manager!
This July, AEE Solar created a new position, Training & Trade Show Manager, hiring Jeff Spies (pronounced 'speez') to fill the role. Bringing Jeff on board signals an expanded commitment on our part to be the industry leader in professional solar training and renewable energy education.
Jeff has many years experience in industrial equipment sales management and has recently dedicated himself to learning the renewable energy business by immersing himself in a wide variety of solar training courses. Jeff has a special passion for training and thrives in the trade show environment.
A Growing Array of Solar Training Programs and Events
We are substantially expanding our trainings in co-operation with our supplier partners and nationally recognized training and certification organizations Solar Energy International (SEI) and the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP).
Jeff will also lead an effort to develop regional trainings, and we are planning to create multimedia and online versions of our solar training programs in the months ahead.
Trade Shows and Events
Jeff will also manage all company trade show efforts, from logistics and travel to displays and literature. Our first annual AEE Solar National Dealer Conference is also in the works.
(Watch for an announcement soon!) Whenever possible, we will offer solar training sessions in conjunction with these events.
