This financing solution offers both secured and unsecured loans for up to $25,000 at fixed rates. Homeowners are pre-approved in minutes and checks are in hand in as little as 11 days.

• Secured loans for up to $25,000 at fixed rates from 6.95%-11.95%
• Unsecured loans for up to $7,500 at fixed rates from 7.95%-13.95%
• Home equity is not required
• Customers are pre-approved within minutes
• Approved customers receive funds within 11-12 days of original inquiry
• 5, 7, 10, 15, and 20 year payment terms available
• No pre-payment penalties
• Tax deductible interest (for secured loans only)
• Funds are disbursed before work begins
• Funds are only for home improvements
Qualifications
• A credit mid-score of 650 or higher
• A debt-to-income ratio of 45% or less
• Not available for residents in the state of Texas

4. Recent mortgage statement
