Authorized Customer Application
Dear Potential Customer:
Thank you for inquiring about buying from AEE Solar. Before
we can commit to welcoming you into our network, we need to
know more about your company. Please fill out this Authorized
Customer Application and submit for our evaluation. When we
have reviewed your application, we will let you know if you
have been approved and, if so, will send you our current wholesale
price list.
The first step is to carefully read our wholesale dealer Terms & Conditions. If you have not done so already, please download and read the appropriate T&C document:

All sales must be prepaid with your company check, VISA, AMEX, Discovery or MasterCard. After being accepted as an authorized AEE Solar customer, you may apply for a credit account. (Ask your sales rep for details.)
California resellers must mail AEE Solar a signed and completed California Resale Certificate (a 65K PDF download) if they wish to be exempted from California sales tax. Colorado resellers must mail a signed and completed Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (25K PDF). Arizona resellers must mail a signed and completed Transaction Privilege Tax Exemption Certificate (95K PDF).
Applicable sales taxes will be charged on all orders until a valid resale certificate is on file. Charges for sales taxes will not be refunded on any orders placed prior to receipt of your certificate.
